Club Capricorn (Yanchep) Beach Access Closed?
Submitted by ridradny on Thu, 2016-07-21 09:48
Hi,
I am hoping to fish the small groyne at club capricorn this weekend, however a local news article says the beach access is closed due to a development being built there at the moment. Can anybody confirm this and if it is closed is there access closer than yanchep lagoon that's within walking distance?
Thanks for your help

Hope it's not a permanent closure like many other areas have suffered with redevelopment and restriction of public access?

There is a development going on there but the access road was still open when I was up there two weeks ago. Of course that may have changed since then with the development moving along.
