Changing engine coolant

Hi ,
Looking at changing coolant and oil on a peugot 206, about 2004 model. Has any done this themselves?

odd question for "fishing discussion"?

is there something unusual about them? I cant imagine theyd be too much different from most other cars.

Probably not likely to get many replies posted in a fishing discussion section though, if its the vehicle Im thinking of itd be very unlikely to belong to someone towing a boat?

Dont change the oil, just top

Dont change the oil, just top it up, if you take the oil cap off the engine and you cant see the oil level, just keep adding oil untill it is about 1 cm from the top on level ground. If you add too much just pull the dipstick and wipe it, and repeat again until the level is as I just mentioned, perfect for a peewgeeeot. As for the coolant, if its not green just snap to activate and throw in about 22 to 24 glowsticks, sorted, easy as.

good one tim!, seriously, i bet the oil filter is in a tricky spot, when refilling add 1lt at a time till dipstick reads full. as for coolant, undo bottom rad hose and put the hose in the rad cap, start car and run for 5mins to get all the coolant out then re attach bottom hose fit it up, run it until thermostat opens then pour pour pour! till she full, the flush is mandatory as mixing coolants is a no-no, you could do it all with a screwdriver and shifter if all goes to plan, if not call lube mobile, child advertising always is a winner to get buisness!!! lolz
