Any one out there know if / where a boat can be launched around Quobba? Any advice appreciated.

pretty sure you can launch a boat up that way. a mate went up last year with a 5.8 and beach launched.
the road in is dirt so can get corrigated.
but thet reckon it was no problem

we launched a 4.5m tinny
we launched a 4.5m tinny from point quobba, with no probs
the sand was alittle soft and the beach was about a 30 degree slope.
most people use a snap strap and push the trailer into the water but we didnt need to, the hardest thing was picking your way out thru the reef, the waves were breaking about six foot.
