Beach Buddy Wanted - Brit in Perth (Dalkeith Area) over Xmas & New Year
Submitted by Steely on Mon, 2012-11-26 15:33
Hi, Newbie to the site.
I am visiting my son in Perth over the Xmas/New Year period, and wondered if any local(s) beach fishermen might be happy for me to tag along.
Not a novice angler, so not seeking someone to teach me how to fish. but how to fish in Australia.
Cheers

Welcome to the BEST Coast
Head down to ya local tackle shop (site sponsor) they'll be glad to help you out. Fishén no different over here Enjoy a early morning session before the wind picks up or kick back drown some bait and sink afew stubbies while watchén the sunset. Good Luck.
Old fishermen never die they just smell that way.

Where abouts does your son
Where abouts does your son live? Just gives us an idea where and which direction to point you. As Wes said early morning is usually best this time of year as you'll more than likely have the Easterly wind at your back. I usually head down around sunrise for Skippy ,Tailor and Herring. If you want more advice on rigs bait and technique send me a PM and I'm happy to help.
Love the West!
