ATt: all Raymarine guru's

Would interpret the picture attached as being reasonable fish on the sounder?
Went out on a mates boat on Sunday and we are just trying to get our heads around the finer details of the Raymarine's. This pic was taken in 40 odd metres of water with the screen on the left at 6m bottom lock. The rises you will see there are 2m or so off the bottom.
My guess would be a good school of fish but I am used to seeing fish on lowrance sounders, not anything on Raymarine.

I run a raymarine C80 & would
I run a raymarine C80 & would say that is weedy ground with some small bait fish in there. There is no separation from the bottom on most of that show & only a few small blobs up top of the show that are disconnected. Larger fish will show up as red, green or blue blobs separate from the bottom.

Fair enough
Thanks for the feedback guys.
the boat it is fitted to is more of a speed / cruising boat ( protector with 2x 250 hp verado's) but they don't mind fishing off it as well. So really just trying to get the sounder Sussed about settings and its read out.
