arvo soapies

went for a quick flick yesterday arvo, in the city area and got stuck into a few soapies nothing massive but awsome to see them smashing the bait fish up then being able to hook a few on hard bodies. Good to see the river is stocking soapies again been a long while since ive seen them like this. All great fun on light gear.

Nice! Always good to see plenty of juveniles getting around. I wonder if they were the stocked ones or resident young'uns. Great to see.

good question hey, were all stocked ones tagged? I didnt see tags yesterday so that could be a good thing. And yeah there a sweet looking fish especially considering that it could potentially be a 20kg fish in years to come.
