Stop subscribing to adult sites!

 i haven't received ANY spam for literally years ......iinet spam filter must be bloody awesome, they might not be the cheapest but we take it for granted that we will never receive that sort of crap 

 I know this sounds like common sense but just in case.. 

Most email programs, and especially internet based like hotmail,gmail etc, have a spam button to click. By checking the little box on the side and clicking on the spam button the program itself then recognizes that type of email as spam and will block or redirect the next one to the junk folder. The more you tell it that that type is spam the less you receive. By just deleting the spam it will let the next one through.

On other email programs there is usually some options around the junk button that allow you to select a level of junk detection. Also using this junk button and not the delete one does the same as above.

Finally dont use that email address for anything other than actually emailing real people.. Set up a dummy hotmail account to use for all other things like BCF cards, store cards or discounts, entering competitions, and yes on your porn sites.
