Advice on rigs for Snapper from the rocks.

Can anyone advise me on some rigs/tips on what to use for catching Snapper off the rocks (Mindarie) ???

i could sugest using 2
i could sugest using 2 snelled hooks with a running small bean sinker
i normally use a whole yellow tail

The sinker will go on the main line above the swival.
I like scallies as well as herring and yellow tail, Good Luck.
