Dhukey

Got out north metro on the weekend with a mission to find new ground. Was a long morning with sloppy seas and good showings but nothing hitting the jigs. Around lunchtime just when we were contemplating hitting a known haunt, we found what we were looking for - around 15 nice big blobz on an isolated coral looking bombie in 50m.
2 jigs and a placcy dropped and three hooked up. One lost (wore through leader at the knot on the placcy rig), one 11.5 kgs and biggest pictured just under 16kgs. Thanks very much.
Abrolhos tackle allrounder and freefall jigs and paddle tail grubs doing the business.
Love getting good fish on new ground
