YFT pan fried with corn, beans and rice

It was first marinaded in a mix of lime juice, paprika, pepper, cumin, frest mint, parsely and corriander.

No Chef, just the house runs on the principle that I can fish any time I like, as long as I'm prepared to cook it ;)
