Vanuatu

All going well work wise, my wife wants a 'proper' oversees trip - other than winning a trip to Ireland, she's not travelled as extensively as me. Vanuatu might just be the ideal place. As #1 said Elora, you've certainly captured some lovelly shots of the place!

Really like to say that its worth a look hey, one of the top places I've ever been to. The locals are great, seen some of the boat charters out at work bringing in some big Coral Trout, Wahoo, all sorts of pelagics. Definetly, I will be heading back there. If you think Phuket is good, this little country island will just nudge it for me.

p.s: Thanks for the compliments guys, I've given you the Banana in Pajama's names but in you're initials, lol.

Cheers lads,

Darda. H

Estimating cost!

Sat, 2008-06-28 10:01

LOL C.M - would your's have Blowies?

Well the Club and Committies were the ones that set up all the funds and all but I'm assuming it would be $4,000 - $7,000 return air fairs with accomidation. Money conversions is really  cheap, pretty much buy anything there under $50 Aus.

But booking in a advanced period is going to save you alot money and also gets you in the better accomidation during the peak season.

p.s It was compulsary for us to go!

Cheers lads,

Darda. H

LOL, no, my PJs have Blue Morwongs on them - we don't get blowfish down here. Tongue out

Will have to look into costs when I get a job and plan a trip there I think! As you say, the earlier the better.

Sorry to here you were 'forced' to go LOL.

No wackas C.M!

You have Blue Morwongs and C.H has his Skippy PJ's. There you go, all you need to do now if knock off Banana in Pajama's off the ABC and have your fishing shows on.

Well it was either go and train, get fit and prepare for this season or get delisted and have to search for another club or be footyless. Wink

Cheers lads,

Darda. H
