Gummy Fish Cakes - Chinese BBQ style

Cooked up some fish cakes last night with some gummy shark and a bit of tuna... added potato, breadcrumbs, thinly sliced snow peas, grated carrot and thin slices of red onion. Mixed it in with a healthy dose of garlic and Char Sui sauce and Bob's your Uncle.
The vegies were stir-fried with oyster sauce and the flavour actually worked really well with the Char Sui.
