hey guys,im giving aways this left hand baitcaster,its a pelagic xpro 6000,its practically new,been used only twice.it was bought of ebay and im upgrading to a daiwa megaforce,any feedback bout the megaforce 7 bb (lefty)?cheers..feel free to pm..reel detail:

them MF100TSHL r ok for light casting and fishing. still have one with me. if u wanna have a go at it b4 going to the shops to get one.. let me know. you r welcome to have a go at it.

anyway, good to finally find another lefty here. heehee~ always thought i was the odd ball out

just got my tickets. arriving 18th Nov tuesday morning 3am! for 3 full crazy fishing day and leaving on the 22nd Nov and sad to say its back to the office on monday. Cry thats the best the boss is allowing me to leave for.

till today, i still dont get how one can cast with the right then jump the rod over to the left and retrive the line on the right. would it not be easy to cast then hold the rod on the same hand and retrive the line with the other?

I cast both spinners and baitcasters with my right hand, but wind spinners with left and baitcasters with right. Go figure that!

If I'm using sinking lures (like metals) in shallow water with a baitcaster, I'll sometimes change hands (and thumbs!) in midcast so that I can crank the moment it hits the water! Believe me, it's more luck than skillTongue out
