Seems easy again.supposed to be all onesided matches. Carn the pies smash carlscum, finish them off. Might put a few on the bombers.

Couple of stories coming out
Couple of stories coming out of the weekend from different codes warm my heart.
Firstly the NRL's support to their female players and response to online trolls:
Women’s State of Origin: NRL blasts trolls over kissing photo https://thewest.com.au/sport/rugby-league/womens-state-of-origin-nrl-blasts-trolls-over-kissing-photo-ng-d9b5ceb50d123ae65fe39fb1eb142397
And then this story in todays west:
AFL Townsville’s Hermit Park Tigers praised for touching display in game against Northern Beaches Suns https://thewest.com.au/sport/afl/afl-townsvilles-hermit-park-tigers-praised-for-touching-display-in-game-against-northern-beaches-suns-ng-b88876150z
As a human race we are progressing. Well played.

We had a Japanese exchange
We had a Japanese exchange student in our high school footy team. Amazing fella and all the enthusiasm in the world but completely hopeless and couldn't even mark it but our mission was to get him a goal. I must have personally given him about 5 Joe the Goose chances for him to fumble it or miss. He finally nailed one at our home game and pulled his shirt over his head and ran the length of the field in front of a huge crowd going nuts. Still makes me laugh 22 years later.

Rates
Obviously rates himself over most other blokes in the team. Let him go and you'll get a pretty good compensation pic and free up a lot of salary cap space.

Yep certainly not worth
Yep certainly not worth that,
Must be something else going on behind the scenes at WC, seems like he's playing hard ball at a club he's not that interested in playing for...
If i was one of the other players on the list that is supposedly in a "premiership" window i'd be pissed off hearing what he's chasing...

I certainly hope not but If that's the truth Boony then get rid of him, it upsets the team bond. Might be a good player, but if not a team player then fuck off!

It's being reported by Foxfooty... enough said.
But if you were ever to lose players to huge contracts and get a first round compensation this supposed super draft is sounding like it's the one as long as we dont trade our first pick for a Trent Croad type.

I'd be interested to know
I'd be interested to know what Hodge was on when he left the Hawks but i know he'd taken a couple of pay cuts for the team....
Plus there is also that salary cap boost for veteran players anyway. Players seem far too worried about themselves rather than days of old when team success was primary concern....
Easier for some players though, Hodge had all sorts of sponsorships going on but if Mitts has a half decent manager then surely in a state as Bias and pro Eagles as WA they can sling him a few hundred K a year for doing some crap on Telle...
I'd like to know what the Hawks have re-signed Sicily for, he's shaping up to be every bit as valauble as a Mcgovern and thus far injury free....
Anyway interesting times...
I'm expecting Sloane to go, Murphy to go, Lynch to go ( unless the AFL open their fat wallet and throw wads at him ), Moore to go, Gaff to go, Menzel should go if Geelong dont give him what he's worth as they need him to kick their goals & i wouldnt be suprised to see Dahlhaus fleeing the kennell either...

Veterens salary cap allowance
Veterens salary cap allowance was scrapped a couple of years ago when each club's salary cap was increased. Easy enough to get around though by offering a player a coaching role or some dodgy Visy ambassador role.
I reckon West Coast may be a sneaky chance of pinching Paddy Cripps from Carlolton. Surley he'd want to come play with his cousin and play under the wing of his other cousin Mainy.
