just wondering if these boat latch devices are as easy as they say they are? they look good and im thinking about it, just need to convince the missus.

I knocked one up out of some bits of SS, took about 2 hours and a bit extra fitting to the stem.
Got a vid and a few pics if anyones interested.
They are great, but you need to be able to drive onto your trailer obviously.
