I would say gilly the new game plan isnt working because the team doesnt have the leg speed or skills to execute it.
It would be very easy for ross to go back to the old game plan but that hasnt bought ultimate success either.
To his credit it appears he wants to evolve the game plan and if that means a clean out at season's end, then may be that's what is needed.
